What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to provide financial leadership and commercial insight.
• Take full ownership of the finance function, including performance reporting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Deliver high visibility and analysis on key metrics including ARR, ACV, and wider recurring revenue.
• Develop scalable processes and embed performance metrics to support sustainable growth.
• Contribute to strategic direction, focusing on pricing strategy, margin optimization, and investment appraisal.
• Improve the quality of financial information and reporting provided to the Board and investors.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or ACMA).
• Experience as a CFO or Finance Director within investor-led SaaS, software, technology, or media businesses.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, retention).
• Proven ability to scale finance functions and deliver operational improvements in evolving environments.
• Strong commercial capability, particularly regarding sales performance and pricing strategy.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating impactful presentations.
