What you will do

• Manage, lead, and develop a team of software engineers, including 1:1s, performance feedback, and career planning.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute directly to product code and architectural decisions for both on-prem and SaaS solutions.
• Champion AI-first development practices to enable rapid and flexible product development.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to align on roadmap, priorities, and requirements.
• Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to triage issues and incorporate feedback into product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise software, with progression into management.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and career development.
• Proficiency in modern OOP languages and frameworks for on-prem and SaaS development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Entity Framework Core in high-performance scenarios.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or identity security, specifically with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM).
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into product workflows.
• Background in enterprise product development and platforming.
