What you will do

• Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and budgets from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct pre-construction scope reviews and proactively identify solutions to jobsite challenges.
• Inspect work for compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate construction workflows, documentation, and project cost monitoring.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain strong communication with clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management or leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar construction management software.
• Experience managing custom homes, townhomes, or condominiums.
