What you will do
- Manage project schedules, quality, safety, and budgets from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct pre-construction scope reviews and proactively identify solutions to jobsite challenges.
- Inspect work for compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate construction workflows, documentation, and project cost monitoring.
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain strong communication with clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management or leadership.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with Bluebeam, BuilderTrend, or similar construction management software.
- Experience managing custom homes, townhomes, or condominiums.
