Senior Construction Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead construction phases for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
• Manage construction administration, including schedules, submittals, RFIs, correspondence, change requests, and pay applications.
• Coordinate owners, contractors, engineering representatives, subconsultants, utility owners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, dispute documentation, change orders, claims support, budgets, and client fee proposals.
• Lead progress and preconstruction meetings and present project findings to clients and design teams.
• Manage field and field-office staffing, delegate work, forecast project needs, and monitor subconsultant costs and invoices.

Requirements

• 18+ years of construction supervisory experience, including at least 5 years as a construction manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, or relevant field experience.
• 18+ years of water/wastewater project experience, including pump stations and pipelines.
• OSHA training and the ability to complete background, drug-screening, and motor-vehicle-record checks.
• Ability to work on construction sites, including outdoors, in confined spaces, variable weather, hazardous-equipment areas, and shifts of up to 12 hours.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and steel frameworks.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer license.
• Experience with Procore, Excel, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.
