What you will do

• Act as the primary AI/Analytics Product Owner for client engagements within the construction domain.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, KPIs, and feature prioritization for AI-enabled platforms.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable data, analytics, and AI solution architectures.
• Lead the development of AI/ML solutions involving GenAI, LLMs, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
• Manage delivery governance, prioritization, risks, and execution tracking across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executive leadership and drive strategic advisory discussions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience across analytics, AI/ML, data engineering, and enterprise application delivery.
• Mandatory early career experience as a hands-on software engineer or developer.
• Proven track record in consulting, analytics advisory, or client-facing transformation programs.
• Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, GenAI/LLM ecosystems, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Strong engineering foundation in Python, Node.js, or Java, and familiarity with Azure or GCP ecosystems.
• Expertise in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, Lakehouse architectures, and distributed data processing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Construction Technology (ConTech), BIM/CAD data workflows, or industrial AI.
• MBA or equivalent consulting/product management exposure.
