What you will do

• Own the multi-quarter roadmap and product strategy for the AI product portfolio.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of senior product managers across AI surfaces.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and research teams on model selection, RAG architecture, and evaluation methodology.
• Shape the agentic product roadmap, focusing on multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns for contact center workflows.
• Define accuracy benchmarks, guardrails, and quality bars for every AI feature shipped.
• Drive 0→1 launches of new AI products and scale them for broader enterprise adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years shipping AI/ML or NLP products in production at scale.
• Proven track record leading LLM-powered, speech, or conversational AI products through 0→1 and scale stages.
• Technical fluency in prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucination mitigation, and latency/cost trade-offs.
• Experience with B2B Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience in people management, specifically hiring and developing senior PMs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Background in conversational intelligence, CCaaS, WEM, QA, speech/ASR, or applied NLP.
• Technical degree in CS, EE, or equivalent applied AI/ML credentials.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-shipping environment.
