TL;DR

People Ops (HR Operations): Designing and scaling efficient HR operations and learning and development processes with an accent on automation and data-driven decision-making. Focus on streamlining training programs, leveraging AI to multiply impact, and optimizing the Coaching Academy system.

Location: Must be based in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, or Bordeaux and be legally eligible to work from France

hirify.global is a health-tech company building a new standard in prevention insurance by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience.

What you will do

  • Write user-centric documentation for key HR processes and policies.
  • Streamline and automate recurring operational processes to ensure scalability.
  • Analyze L&D data to guide priorities and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Run and improve training programs for Leads and Coaches.
  • Scale the internal Coaching system and support management frameworks.
  • Manage individual employee situations with training and support.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in HR (internships or recent graduates are welcome).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required as all internal communications are in English.
  • Must be based in Paris (Valmy) or another physical hirify.global office in France.
  • Strong appetite for data analysis, spotting trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Interest in automating recurring processes and leveraging AI tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a shifting context.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in HR ops, project coordination, or office management.
  • Background in tech start-ups or scale-ups.
  • Experience in consulting, audit, legal, compliance, or finance.
  • Background in teaching.
