What you will do

• Manage HR operations and ensure full compliance with local labor laws and global corporate standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and coordinating visas with the global mobility team.
• Administer employee benefits in China, acting as the primary contact for health insurance and wellness programs.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Generate operational reports using JIRA and People Analytics to track trends and process visibility.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and HR Tech teams to refine HR systems and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, as an HR Generalist, or similar operational HR roles.
• Native-level Mandarin and professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, dynamic multinational organization.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data reporting.
• Must be based in Shanghai to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Deep familiarity with local Chinese employment practices and labor regulations.
• Interest in automation and experience leveraging AI tools for process improvement.
