Salary: 2500-3000 EUR Gross per month

What you will do
- Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project changes as needed.
- Plan, assign, and track tasks across functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Assess and improve current workflows while guiding the team through process changes.
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to maintain quality and schedules.
- Oversee content production tools, including license management and tool procurement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer.
- Experience in managing content production projects, preferably in education.
- Fluent English (B2 and higher).
- Proven experience leading business process automation initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Notion Projects, Jira, and content management systems.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications in project management.
- Interest in instructional design and adult education.
- Familiarity with CAT tools, video production software, and AI content generation tools.
