What you will do

• Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely content delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project changes as needed.
• Plan, assign, and track tasks across functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Assess and improve current workflows while guiding the team through process changes.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to maintain quality and schedules.
• Oversee content production tools, including license management and tool procurement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer.
• Experience in managing content production projects, preferably in education.
• Fluent English (B2 and higher).
• Proven experience leading business process automation initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Notion Projects, Jira, and content management systems.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications in project management.
• Interest in instructional design and adult education.
• Familiarity with CAT tools, video production software, and AI content generation tools.
