What you will do

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using Cursor and other AI tools.
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and expert-led workshops.
• Develop reusable materials, including code snippets, prompt libraries, and reference guides.
• Review learner feedback to continuously iterate and improve session design.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to align asynchronous and live content.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions and communicate directly with students.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Golang.
• Professional background in fintech (payments, banking, or card systems).
• Hands-on experience using Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows.
• Proficiency in system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling.
• Russian language proficiency (required for supporting some students).
• Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in live facilitation, prompting discussions, and real-time adaptation.
• Previous experience teaching or coaching senior developers and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Miro, Slack, and VSCode Live Share.
