What you will do

• Design hands-on workshops (4–8 hours) for React and/or Angular environments
• Cover practical AI scenarios including component generation, refactoring, debugging, and test writing
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions for B2B corporate clients
• Iterate on session design based on learner feedback to continuously improve quality
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to align live and asynchronous content
• Manage student communication during Q&A sessions

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React and/or Angular
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable learning experiences
• English: Excellent spoken proficiency required
• Russian language skills (some students are Russian speakers)
• Background in developer advocacy, tech leadership, or engineering mentorship

Nice to have

• Background in fintech (payments, banking, card systems, or adjacent domains)
• Skilled in live facilitation, including prompting discussions and handling Q&A in real-time
• Experience coaching senior developers or engineering teams
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Miro, Slack, VSCode Live Share)
