What you will do
- Define and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions, including mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and AMRs.
- Design scalable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics teams.
- Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded) and engage clients through pre-sales and delivery workshops.
Requirements
- Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design.
- Expert proficiency in C++ and/or Python for building production-grade robotics software.
- Strong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2).
- Experience with simulation environments such as Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA).
- Experience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environments.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement.
