What you will do

• Define and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions, including mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and AMRs.
• Design scalable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics teams.
• Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded) and engage clients through pre-sales and delivery workshops.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and/or Python for building production-grade robotics software.
• Strong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2).
• Experience with simulation environments such as Isaac Sim or Gazebo.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA).
• Experience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environments.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement.
