What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 3 finance professionals to support their performance and professional growth.
• Ensure accurate internal and external financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
• Execute and strengthen the internal control framework and SOx compliance for finance operations.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation, including the transition to a new ERP landscape and adoption of AI-enabled processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent Finance Operations with credibility across the organization.
• Support external audits and ensure high-quality financial analysis and business commentary.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional qualification such as CPA, RA, or RC.
• 8-12 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in financial control.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing and developing teams.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOx compliance.
• Proven experience working in an international or multinational corporate environment.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
