What you will do

• Manage material tax positions within the organization, including the Innovation Box.
• Lead advisory projects regarding Permanent Establishment (PE) analysis, entity liquidation, and location strategy.
• Review CIT returns and Innovation Box calculations for material entities.
• Optimize existing tax processes and support the tax accounting team with quarter-close reporting.
• Manage direct tax audits and maintain professional relationships with Dutch tax authorities.
• Collaborate with the parent company (Booking Holdings Group) and international functional teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Tax Economics, Law, or a similar field.
• 6+ years of working experience within a Big 4 or an international corporate environment.
• Experience with US GAAP tax accounting processes and ETR calculation.
• Knowledge of Dutch income tax and indirect tax regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
