What you will do

• Process customer invoices and maintain proactive communication regarding transactions and payment delays.
• Monitor and collect overdue accounts to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Coordinate with external debt collection agencies for outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, E-Payments, and IT to optimize accounting workflows.
• Handle account clearings, manage open items, and validate receivables.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounts receivable within international B2B/B2C finance operations.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting systems (ERP).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Sevenum, Netherlands.
