What you will do

• Take full P&L responsibility for the European liquid base chemicals portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of (Senior) Product Managers.
• Develop individual product strategies aligned with the overall regional strategy.
• Manage the strategic planning process, including budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Drive business growth and profitability using steering tools such as KPIs and OKRs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in product management within the chemical industry.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
