What you will do
- Lead and coach the Korea Samsung Applications Engineering team across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field service teams to execute new product penetration strategies.
- Analyze HMI system performance and propose application improvements to optimize customer processes.
- Define customer technical requirements through deep analysis and lead complex application activities.
- Support product evaluations, joint development projects, and customer demonstrations.
- Ensure high integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data.
Requirements
- BS degree or higher in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 10–18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience in project management and marketing strategy execution.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in motivating teams to achieve performance goals.
- Technical knowledge of eBeam inspection or semiconductor processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas approximately 30% of the time.
