What you will do

• Solve multi-domain business problems by developing and deploying ML and GenAI solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of data science models, including feature generation, training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
• Conduct research on the latest AI/ML developments to drive system improvements.
• Document processes, code, and findings to foster knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Expert programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with data science frameworks such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of statistical methodologies, deep learning, and LLMs.
• Must have legal right to work in the country of residence (no visa sponsorship or relocation support provided).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories with data.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Background in software engineering, specifically backend or system integration.
• Experience with DataOps and MLOps practices.
• Experience with distributed data tools like Spark or Dask.
