What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data workflows and ML systems independently.
• Drive customer-focused experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference.
• Identify and research new opportunities for AI-driven product improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Integrate cutting-edge LLMs and generative AI models into production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science with a track record of production-level delivery.
• Proven ability to work independently and own the full data science lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with LLMs or generative AI in real-world applications.
• Deep understanding of experimentation techniques and business pragmatism.
• Excellent communication skills for advocating data-driven decisions.
