Salary: $165,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Lead a team of senior data scientists focused on fine-tuning LLMs and conducting cutting-edge R&D.
• Define the technical roadmap and align priorities with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Build infrastructure, train models, and deploy them to production.
• Oversee experimentation, optimization, and data quality to ensure reliable and production-ready models.
• Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders to drive real-world impact.
• Manage weekly meetings and standups to keep the team unblocked and maintain execution momentum.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1+ years of experience leading data science teams and 6+ years in ML or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience building and deploying production ML and deep learning pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, agentic workflows, and RAG systems.
• Experience with cloud and DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
