What you will do

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams on implementation, use case definition, data integration, and ML model configuration.
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
• Partner with the RL pipeline development team to refine and advance reinforcement learning (self-learning) algorithms.
• Contribute to the hirify.globalAI product strategy and roadmap using technical expertise and customer-facing insights.
• Provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure successful product adoption and measurable outcomes for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer working with large-scale data in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries including TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, and XGBoost.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets, with experience in ML pipelines and model deployment.
• Adherence to engineering best practices: Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, modular code, and code reviews.
• Must be based in or able to work in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Experience in customer-facing or technical consulting roles.
• Expertise in data integration/ETL and pipeline optimization.
