What you will do

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for the Revenue Operations & Intelligence domain.
• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including transaction management, billing logic, and invoice generation.
• Develop strategies for internal financial reporting and build reliable integrations with third-party accounting systems.
• Optimize CRM and customer data structuring to drive Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and mitigate churn.
• Lead cross-functional teams of Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure operational rigor and excellence.
• Identify and implement advanced automation and AI-driven systems to maximize efficiency in financial workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Practical expertise in Order Management and revenue cycle mechanics, including billing and financial compliance.
• Proven experience managing CRM features, customer data segmentation, and churn reduction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development teams while remaining hands-on with discovery and requirements.
• Strong track record of managing complex requirements across Finance, Legal, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Familiarity with advanced system design and automation techniques.

Nice to have

• Deep financial domain knowledge in subscription management, e-invoicing, or multi-jurisdictional taxation.
• Experience working with accounting system APIs such as Xero or QuickBooks.
