What you will do

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the revenue module, including invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Conduct deep customer research to understand how finance teams handle deferred revenue and month-end close.
• Translate complex ASC 606 / IFRS 15 accounting requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-impact features with rapid iteration cycles.
• Define and track critical metrics such as time-to-close and billing cycle efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of deep revenue expertise (e.g., Big 4, revenue accountant) covering the full quote-to-cash lifecycle.
• Fluency in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and the five steps to revenue recognition.
• Experience shipping complex, user-facing financial products.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate needs between technical, design, and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience at an ERP, billing platform, or revenue recognition software company (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, Maxio, Stripe Billing).
• Prior product management experience.
