What you will do

• Analyze system-level specifications to derive repeatable test cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Implement smart sampling strategies to maximize coverage across massive test scenario spaces.
• Allocate and manage tests across Simulation, Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Closed-Loop environments.
• Monitor test suite execution and provide technical guidance throughout the process.
• Evaluate test runs to provide definitive verdicts and actionable feedback to development teams.

Requirements

• Solid technical knowledge of autonomous driving, including sensors, perception, path planning, and motion control.
• Experience in defining success criteria and designing valid test setups.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and its impact on system testing.
• Ability to create high-fidelity testing conditions with limited resources.
• Valid driver's license Class B (Class C preferred) for operating products on test tracks.
