What you will do
- Manage and accelerate the marketplace roadmap, balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategic goals.
- Drive the evolution of the customer-facing marketplace to deliver measurable outcomes for the business unit.
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Lead Agile scrum development processes, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Define KPIs and success metrics, analyzing user behavior and data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery every sprint.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Experience with large-scale deployments, B2C, or Marketplace business models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively in an agile, high-ambiguity startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
