What you will do

  • Manage and accelerate the marketplace roadmap, balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategic goals.
  • Drive the evolution of the customer-facing marketplace to deliver measurable outcomes for the business unit.
  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Lead Agile scrum development processes, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics, analyzing user behavior and data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery every sprint.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Experience with large-scale deployments, B2C, or Marketplace business models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an agile, high-ambiguity startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the transit or mobility sectors.
