What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for expanding hirify.global to hundreds of millions of international users.
• Identify investment opportunities and new markets to grow the international customer base.
• Ideate and develop new features based on deep customer empathy and local requirements.
• Drive commercialization and monetization strategies to increase the ratio of paying customers.
• Evaluate and establish partnerships for distribution, monetization, and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and commercial leadership to ship high-quality products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or principal role.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Proven track record with customer-facing products at fast-growing consumer tech companies.
• Experience prototyping and experimenting with AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive alignment across matrixed engineering organizations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Latin America and occasionally to the US and UK.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language proficiency.
• Experience with large-scale mobile applications serving hundreds of millions of users.
• Expertise in internationalization and localization initiatives.
