What you will do

• Own and evolve the digital product roadmap for freight services.
• Lead improvements across customer journeys, UX, and self-service capabilities.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation opportunities across the business.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and investment justifications for digital initiatives.
• Present product strategy, innovation plans, and performance updates to senior leadership (EGM/CEO).
• Collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, CX, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience identifying and implementing AI or automation solutions.
• Commercial mindset with strong business case and ROI development skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Must be based in Australia.
