Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in London, UK)

What you will do
- Define and drive the overarching driver product vision and strategy across consumer mobile apps and web platforms.
- Overhaul internal product culture by introducing and evangelizing product management best practices and new ways of working.
- Align all product initiatives and squad roadmaps rigorously with company OKRs to support global growth.
- Lead squads focused on customer acquisition, LTV, and the growing Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.
- Act as a player-coach, directly leading the Apps squad while mentoring the wider team of Product Managers.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a world-class user experience for 8 million users.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product leadership roles within marketplaces, subscription models, or the EV sector.
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and establishing operational workflows in scaling organizations.
- Strong track record in consumer mobile app design and development (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- Expert proficiency in modern product management tools and understanding of mobile-first principles and agile processes.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK.
Nice to have
- Specific expertise in product journeys where software and hardware intersect, such as smart parking infrastructure or EV charging.
