• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers and video contributors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of experience in creative or brand roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Proven experience leading or managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong ability to translate messaging into compelling creative across multiple channels.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback on copy and design.
• Experience using AI to improve creative workflows.
