What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using the voice agent platform, from prototyping to production.
• Develop advanced voice AI solutions with a focus on LLM prompting techniques.
• Build full-stack integrations using Python and JavaScript with enterprise tools like CRMs and ERPs.
• Partner with sales to gather client requirements and present system designs.
• Codify reusable patterns into platform components and tools.
• Provide actionable product and GTM recommendations based on field feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Redwood City or San Carlos, CA.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, etc.).
• Ability to write production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
