SVP & GM – Venmo (Fintech): Leading the strategy development and execution for the Venmo portfolio through the leadership of Client Development and cross-functional teams with an accent on financial performance and key growth metrics. Location: Stamford, CT. Must be based in the US and be able to commute to a regional Hub for in-person activities.
Salary: $235,000 - $390,000 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic action plans to achieve portfolio performance targets and growth metrics.
- Own and drive the overall financial performance and key metrics of the Venmo portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams in supporting the client and delivering strategic projects.
- Represent company interests in high-level negotiations and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Manage corporate reporting and support business-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Bachelor's degree (or HS equivalent with 12+ years experience) in credit card, fintech, BNPL, or Digital Wallet platforms.
- Minimum 7 years of business development or client management experience within the payments industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiation and contract management.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business up to 50% of the time.

- MBA degree.
- Proven ability to influence senior corporate decision makers.
- Strong financial acumen and technical knowledge of digital-forward products.
