SVP & GM – Venmo (Fintech): Leading the strategy development and execution for the Venmo portfolio through the leadership of Client Development and cross-functional teams with an accent on financial performance and key growth metrics. Focus on managing strategic action plans, driving client relationship excellence, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Location: Stamford, CT. Must be based in the US and be able to commute to a regional Hub for in-person activities.

Salary: $235,000 - $390,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic action plans to achieve portfolio performance targets and growth metrics.
  • Own and drive the overall financial performance and key metrics of the Venmo portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in supporting the client and delivering strategic projects.
  • Represent company interests in high-level negotiations and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage corporate reporting and support business-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Bachelor's degree (or HS equivalent with 12+ years experience) in credit card, fintech, BNPL, or Digital Wallet platforms.
  • Minimum 7 years of business development or client management experience within the payments industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiation and contract management.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Proven ability to influence senior corporate decision makers.
  • Strong financial acumen and technical knowledge of digital-forward products.
