What you will do

• Achieve student recruitment targets through effective strategic planning and delivery.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial enquiry through to student enrolment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international partner agents.
• Represent the college at targeted recruitment events and in-market activities globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions teams to deliver market-focused strategies.
• Maintain accurate data and lead management within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in international education sales with a track record of meeting ambitious targets.
• Solid knowledge of the UK education system, qualifications, and student visa processes.
• Approximately two years of experience in a student recruitment role.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak one or more additional languages.
• Prior experience working specifically within the Higher Education sector.
• Knowledge of key recruitment markets such as South-East Asia, Middle East, Africa, or Central Asia.
• Experience using CRM systems to derive data insights for decision-making.
