TL;DR

Head of Product (MarTech): Shaping and scaling a full B2B MarTech product portfolio with an accent on portfolio strategy, P&L responsibility, and market alignment. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, defining long-term product vision, and scaling the product management function.

Location: Must be based in Spain (Remote/Hybrid options available)

What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end product portfolio vision and strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Manage portfolio composition decisions (invest, grow, maintain, sunset) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Identify and validate new business opportunities and develop supporting business cases.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Build and scale the product management function by defining standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multi-product SaaS portfolios.
  • Proven experience in portfolio strategy and P&L responsibility across international markets.
  • Strong commercial skills in business case development, pricing, and SaaS metrics.
  • Deep expertise in discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and experimentation.
  • Ability to align stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Must be based in Spain.

  • Experience in MarTech, Pharma, or other regulated industries.
