What you will do

  • Own the full P&L and strategy for the Assignment Module, including pricing, growth, and margin.
  • Lead a cross-functional international team spanning Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Vendor Management.
  • Translate customer pain points and compliance complexity into a product roadmap that creates market differentiation.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies across DACH, Nordics, and UKI regions to support international sales teams.
  • Scale the vendor ecosystem to deliver a comprehensive "everything from one hand" service for clients.
  • Represent the product through events, webinars, and marketing activities to define the next generation of assignment management.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of building products from the ground up.
  • Background in Global Mobility, HR, or Tax/Legal with an active professional network of clients and partners.
  • Strong product sensibility and ability to manage roadmap prioritization effectively.
  • Experience steering cross-functional teams across Technical, Sales, and Compliance domains.
  • B2B SaaS scale-up experience is a plus.
  • Direct expatriate experience is a plus.
