What you will do

• Lead and manage a small team of solution engineers.
• Demonstrate AI solutions to potential customers and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Develop technical prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on specific customer requirements.
• Manage and respond to technical customer inquiries via email and ticketing systems.
• Improve team efficiency by developing AI methods, FAQs, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a consultant or software developer, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python programming within Linux environments.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Basic understanding of hardware.
• German language skills.
