Partner Solutions Architect (Applied AI): Driving technical relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators and cloud partners to accelerate GenAI adoption and indirect revenue with an accent on joint solution development and reference architectures. Focus on enabling partner AI practices, unblocking strategic customer deals, and translating complex technical requirements for business stakeholders.

Location: Tokyo, Japan. Hybrid: Expectation to be in the office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team to deepen partner technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with GSIs and cloud partners (AWS, GCP) to develop industry-specific GenAI applications and codify best practices.
• Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals.
• Represent the company at partner events, AWS summits, and lead technical enablement sessions or hackathons.
• Gather and validate product feedback from partners to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.).
• Proven track record of partnering with GSIs and cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from design to delivery.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering teams.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
