What you will do

• Design and develop CXM software solutions for on-premise and SaaS offerings.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and business requirements.
• Translate specifications into technological solutions, outlining project objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and the development team to define recommended solutions.
• Present recommended solutions to clients for validation and improvements.
• Stay abreast of technological developments and applications to initiate enhanced solutions.

Requirements

• Strong background in providing solutions consulting in the software industry.
• Proven experience working for a SaaS or software vendor in solution consulting or pre-sales.
• Strong commercial background with business acumen and a good understanding of software architecture.
• Proven experience presenting and consulting for SaaS products or software solutions to C-Level executives.
• Experience working on enterprise-level projects with Systems Integrators.
• Fluent in both verbal and written German and English.
