What you will do

• Design and develop software solutions for CXM on-premise and SaaS offerings.
• Translate client business requirements into technical specifications and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify client needs and provide technical expertise.
• Present recommended solutions to C-Level executives and global systems integrators.
• Define project schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates for enterprise-level projects.
• Stay updated on technological developments to initiate enhanced solution designs.

Requirements

• Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in solution consulting or pre-sales for a SaaS or software vendor.
• Strong commercial background with a deep understanding of software architecture.
• Experience presenting and consulting for enterprise-level projects with Systems Integrators.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level executives.
• Proactive, autonomous, and creative mindset with strong business acumen.
