What you will do

• Monitor and rationalize crypto market flows across spot, perpetuals, futures, and options.
• Analyze exchange-level positioning and funding dynamics to identify tactical trading opportunities.
• Research and backtest volatility surface dynamics, skew behavior, and relative value trades.
• Develop and refine alpha signals combining market microstructure with quantitative tools.
• Manage risk for a multi-exchange crypto options portfolio, covering delta, vega, and gamma.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize electronic execution and automation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of option market making at top-tier trading firms.
• Deep understanding of option pricing and risk frameworks.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Python/coding skills or the ability to learn Python quickly.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.
• Availability to work non-standard hours due to 24/7 crypto markets.
