What you will do

• Develop, execute, and manage trading strategies for digital asset derivatives including options and forwards.
• Drive P&L growth while maintaining disciplined risk management practices.
• Build and refine trading infrastructure, quantitative models, and durable operational processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and quant teams to enhance execution quality and risk systems.
• Coordinate with global team members to ensure seamless market operations.
• Provide market insights to internal stakeholders and produce client-facing content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in trading derivatives (options, forwards, and structured products).
• Strong fundamentals in derivatives pricing, risk management, and market structure.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other quantitative languages for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable trading insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Portugal or Singapore.
