hirify.global is providing staffing for a modern Australian law firm specialising in professional and compassionate family law support.

What you will do

  • Draft and review legal correspondence, court briefs, and complex family law documentation.
  • Execute timely submissions and filings via Australian court portals in compliance with jurisdictional procedures.
  • Organize and update active case files using Smokeball practice management software.
  • Conduct targeted legal research and compile relevant case law materials and evidence.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar scheduling and digital record management.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefs for counsel and assist in the strategic collation of evidence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably with a background in Australian Family Law.
  • Hands-on experience using Smokeball or similar legal practice management software.
  • Strong understanding of Australian court processes and electronic filing systems.
  • Excellent written communication and professional correspondence skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a Sydney-based legal team.
  • Strict adherence to the 09:00 - 17:00 AEST work schedule.
