What you will do
- Shape the visi for the future of customer service, repositiing it as a strategic driver of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and brand loyalty.
- Lead the design and implementati of a globally csistent, premium, and omnichannel customer service experience.
- Strategically integrate sophisticated AI-driven ecosystems and enterprise-grade automati to amplify operatial velocity and csumer engagement.
- Build a data-driven culture, utilizing a 360-degree view of performance to inform decisis and drive ctinuous improvement.
- Design and implement a strategic framework for internal versus BPO delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global team.
Requirements
- Seased leader with experience in shaping and leading global customer service or customer experience functis.
- Visiary strategist with a track record of transforming customer service into a strategic growth engine.
- Expertise in designing and scaling omnichannel customer service operatis and leveraging modern CRM and support platforms.
- Experience implementing hybrid service models that merge human support with technologies like chatbots and voice automati.
- Data-driven leader passiate about using analytics to uncover insights and foster a culture of evidence-based decisi-making.
