Salary: 6 333 zł - 12 500 zł PLN

What you will do

• Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms, primarily DV360, TradeDesk, and Amazon DSP.
• Collaborate with regional teams in the US and Europe to ensure alignment with client strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and utilize data insights to inform optimization decisions.
• Produce comprehensive daily reports and pacing analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations to regional Media Activation teams.
• Support QA work for junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns.
• Proficiency in DV360 or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English.
• Polish language knowledge (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Residency in Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.
