What you will do

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation across the revenue organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to run workshops and build solutions.
• Develop AI agents and workflows connected to platforms like Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot.
• Create practical AI use cases to reduce administrative work and increase customer-facing time.
• Support the implementation, adoption, and scalability of AI tools across commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience within GTM, RevOps, SaaS, or commercial operations.
• Practical experience working with AI tools and automation in business contexts.
• Understanding of systems such as Salesforce, Gong, or HubSpot.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Must be able to work from the London or Stockholm office on a hybrid schedule.
