What you will do

• Lead a release group to ensure driving model baselines are delivered in a stable and predictable manner.
• Evolve internal release processes to meet evolving product needs.
• Collaborate with feature teams to define and implement robust evaluation strategies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and design solutions to reduce iteration cycle times.
• Work with product teams to ensure iterations align with goals and address metric gaps.
• Apply hands-on knowledge of robotic systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance.
• Demonstrated leadership in technically complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, or machine learning products.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate feature impact beyond isolated components.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and with incomplete data.

• Experience translating product goals into engineering deliverables.
