What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of large enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value GenAI applications.
• Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance and building hands-on prototypes.
• Guide projects from early prototyping through to enterprise-grade production deployments.
• Contribute to open-source resources and technical documentation to scale best practices across customers.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Research teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Proven experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for building proofs of concept.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical and business concepts to executive and practitioner audiences.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK.
