TL;DR

Continuous Improvement Specialist (Engineering): Driving a culture of continuous improvement within a factory environment with an accent on lean methodologies and operational excellence. Location: Skive, Denmark. Hybrid and flexible working options available depending on the role.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver a locally aligned CI roadmap to shape the culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead impactful change initiatives and cost-saving opportunities to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
  • Coach and train teams in CI methodologies such as 5S, DMAIC, and structured problem solving.
  • Take ownership of CI projects, including leading Kaizen events and on-site transformation workshops.
  • Partner with factory teams to identify and eliminate losses while improving overall performance.
  • Drive behavioral change to foster a strong culture of safety and quality through visible leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Continuous Improvement position within a factory environment.
  • Proven ability to drive change and motivate teams to embrace new working methods.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to build a CI culture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset and effective problem-solving capabilities.
