What you will do

• Assemble complex electronic and mechanical racks based on engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform wire routing, crimping, and cable management to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct initial functional tests and visual inspections to identify and rectify defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, component usage, and testing results.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronic assembly, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
• English: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Security Clearance: Minimum residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years is mandatory.
• Relevant technical education or vocational training in electronics is preferred.

Nice to have

• IPC WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
