What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of complex test activities to ensure strong and relevant test coverage.
• Define test methods, sample sizes, and acceptance levels in collaboration with Project Development Teams and Quality Leads.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians to elevate team best practices.
• Perform root-cause analysis together with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of test frameworks, methods, and organizational efficiency.
• Ensure test results are accurate, traceable, and clearly documented to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or robotics engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and experience driving root-cause analysis activities.
• Ability to guide and collaborate with colleagues across teams in a constructive manner.
• Structured mindset with a focus on high-quality documentation and efficient workflows.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data acquisition and sensors (temperature, humidity, strain gauges, load cells).
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as JIRA, Power BI, MATLAB, LABVIEW, or JMP.
• Experience with drivetrains, motors, encoders, or durability testing.
• Knowledge of environmental testing, including climate, EMC, or IP testing.
• Familiarity with test methodology, equipment management, calibration, or ISO 17025.
