What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process of new product launches and campaigns within the allocated A&CP budget.
• Partner with Media and PR agencies to develop strategies that build brand desirability and support launches.
• Plan and execute BTL promotions and animations across Department Stores, Sephora, Perfumery, and Ecommerce channels.
• Forecast requirements for new marketing initiatives and manage inventory to reduce E&O.
• Analyze sales on a per-SKU and per-store basis to ensure tactics meet brand targets.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations on POS materials, product staging, and the customer journey.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience within the cosmetics industry in the Malaysia market.
• Proven experience in trade marketing.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure in a multi-cultural environment.
