What you will do

• Lead a branch of the publishing department by defining goals and setting performance standards.
• Partner with product and tech teams to translate market needs into commercial opportunities.
• Drive implementation of new ideas and process improvements through brainstorming and execution.
• Develop scalable account growth strategies and manage partnership initiatives.
• Monitor team KPIs, pipeline performance, and customer expansion metrics.
• Acquire new clients and manage the full sales cycle for existing publisher relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or business development within the industry.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership or department management.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capture growth opportunities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent level of English proficiency.
• Analytical, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
